The Tribute - Summer'19 - Phil & Lui

The Tribute

2019 Summer Campaign

“A tribute to the joy of Life. Also known as happiness.”

Got up on the wrong foot today?
Then read this, get inspired and push the limits.

Joy and happiness come along in various shades and colors. Pls allow a quick remark, it best comes enjoyed naturally.
It may come along with something greatly achieved or just enfold with something as simple as a smile.

Consider the Unknown –

Sense things that aren´t obvious at first sight.

Happiness expresses itself in gestures. Movements of the body that let you see and feel the joy. Embracing the body and giving you this little sparkle.

What do we actually know about happiness?
Once achieved how do we best maintain it?

I guess that’s the part most of us repeatedly struggle with. Unhappiness mostly feels like a dark cloud forcing us to constantly think about and emphasize the bad things.

Happiness, so immersive when being around and yet so fragile.

Joy can be promised by commercials, yet always one that must be payed for.
Joy can depend on others, striving for this significant other’s respect and longing.
Joy can come from individual self-fulfillment, giving you the confidence of altering yourself.

Happiness is definitely a state of mind. And the mind is everything.

It’s all or nothing!

We are not to take the good times as granted. We should constantly pay attention to the states and emotions we’re in.
Childishly enjoying and cultivating the happy times and committedly working together with the less enjoyable times.

Technically speaking it’s us ourselves who decide if we’re happy with what we got or project it on yet another cause.
Happiness wants to be strived for, metaphorically it has something of a game. And don’t we all love games?

happiness sounds happy

Special thanks to this great team, just one of a kind.

Thanks to photographer Katjana Frisch for shooting like hell | to assistant photographer Michael Motzek for having it under control, to Models Seraphine Gielen – Alina Stockl – Tobias Drüeke for pushing the limits | and to Irene Fonseca for being there from the beginning
