WHO WE ARE?
We are PHILIPP & LUISA, the creative minds and makers behind the sustainable fashion brand PHILANDLUI. We follow our dreams, are adventurers and nature lovers. We love exploring new fields, like to challenge ourselves and dive into topics such as sustainability, mindfulness in everyday life, meditation and good food.
We live & love it.
What does that mean? We bring our products to life. As a young start-up brand, it is our mission not just to represent our brand’s lifestyle, but to truly embody it - living this mindset and the courage to take unconventional paths in a way that is both authentic and relatable. We hope to inspire you too, to believe in your dreams and to dare to go beyond your wildest imagination.

OUR VISION
We want to take you on a journey, give you an insight into the mood and emotions of our designs. For us, fashion is much more than just a shell. Fashion is identity, expression and origin all in one. Fashion is a lifestyle that encompasses thoughts and questions such as: How do I want to live, what do I believe in, what do I feel connected with?
We live and love our brand since 2014. From the beginning, our vision was to create fashion that tells stories and allows you to experience our attitude towards a life of individuality, creativity, reflection and embrace.
We want to touch you on the inside and remind you to follow your intuition and live your most individual self.

GETTING STARTED
"We had to free ourselves from the old patterns in which we were so deeply rooted."
With a strong desire for more freedom and creativity, we decided to start over in 2020, for ourselves personally and as a sustainable fashion brand.
After 5 years of hard work, we have successfully established our brand in the traditional retail sector. Unfortunately we had to realize that something inside of us was missing and we were no longer happy.
The fast pace of nowadays fashion had overwhelmed us: new seasons, new trends, new demands, little room left to live what our brand was intended to be. We had realized that we could no longer live the lifestyle we represent as a brand.
THE MOMENT OF CHANGE
So we took our hearts, packed our belongings into our old-timer bus Dalí and left Germany behind. The beat of our hearts clearly pounded to the rhythm of freedom and wanderlust .
We set out to change. We wanted to return to the innocence with which we had started everything. We wanted more time, more passion, more life.
Sometimes we need a moment of silence to hear what is important again. A moment with eyes closed to see clearly again. A moment to listen to our heart to feel life.
We have always been convinced that it is possible to take unusual paths, to be passionate about our professional goals and still combine them with our freedom-loving spirit.
THE ARRIVAL

At the beginning of 2020, we handed over the apartment and thus left our permanent residence, the four walls, behind. We sold most of our belongings and reduced ourselves to the bare minimum.
Our wanderlust and desire to travel distant places was far from being satisfied, when we found a Greek island that has now become our new home.

ZELTHAUSEN
On our property on this island in Greece we want to take it even further. We aim to create a place for encounters. A place to arrive, a place of peace, a place of joy, of dancing, a place to let our souls unwind.
A simple life in accordance with and in nature. A decision that tears down those so familiar four walls. For us nature itself has become our living space.
We sleep in our tent and and live and work amidst our outdoor kitchen. Kitchens have always been a space for community and encounters. They promise pleasure and stimulate the senses. A space that deserves space.
The simplest things are often the most beautiful ones and touch us in a gracefully natural way.
The question is, what really matters? Often less is more. More nature, more life.
